Markus Bergmann has more than 10 years experiences in Consulting and is Principal at Horváth & Partners in the Business Unit Operations for Manufacturing Industries. He is leading projects for realigning production steering and performance management as well as optimizing and digitizing operations and production processes.
Before working with Horváth & Partners Markus Bergmann studied Business Administration at the University of Regensburg and the University of Edinburgh. He started his career at Siemens in the area of Process Management and gained experience in Lean and Six Sigma.
