Leading the Lean Transformation
To achieve significant results in Lean Excellence pathways, it is important not only to know tools and techniques, but to set up a transformation plan that fits the business context and business objectives from the strategic vision. In the Lean Champion pathway, participants will be provided with knowledge and skills to Develop and lead a Lean Transformation program within their organization, actively supporting the agents of continuous improvement.
Goals
Main objectives of the course are:
- Acquire methodologies and tools to define and plan a medium- and long-term business strategy;
- know the characteristics of an Operational Excellence model and understand how to set up and govern a road map for its implementation;
- understand how to set up and evaluate in terms of benefits, commitments and impacts in organizing projects for the development of business strategy;
- understand the opportunities of Lean Digital Transformation and know how to set up a Digital Evolution project;
- to know an operational model of change management (Change Management) and to learn more about the behavioral elements to be guarded to support the change process.
