Discover the Lean World Class® model to transform your organization
|

To aim for an Excellent Organization, it is necessary to design and implement a consistent and methodologically sound change management path. The "agile factory" as opposed to the "clumsy factory" is a reference on which to base this transformation. Underlying it all, the Lean World Class® model, with its Pillars, provides the operational reference in terms of goals, steps and tools on which to configure the roadmap for the transformation to Operational Excellence.
What you will learn to design winning change management
At the end of the course participants:
- will learn about the characteristics of a Value Chain Operational Excellence model and its declination in managerial and technical Pillars in an End To End view;
- Will acquire an operational model of change management;
- understand the elements to be presided over in the transformation process and know how to use the tools and methods best suited to the context;
- will know how to configure the governance and escalation system to maximize the performance of the "agile factory."
