The Project Management course aims to generate the appropriate conditions for projects to achieve their expected targets by addressing and managing the variability typical of any project.

Managing a project in a Lean way also means developing individual and organizational leadership skills aimed at creating conditions to eliminate waste in project management, aiming for continuous improvement.

In these two days you will have the opportunity to apply Lean concepts to project management to improve adherence to timelines and costs while eliminating waste.

• Concept Paper of a new project: how to properly define the output of a project, aligning the organization toward shared goals.

The course is aimed at Managers and Functional Managers, Middle Managers and Middle Managers, Project and Program Managers, Project Team Members from all business functions. It has a duration of 16 hours, at the Lean Factory School®, alternating between presentation of content, discussion of business cases, group exercises and simulations.
