The cameo case presents the experience of a company that started on a path of change and chose Bonfiglioli Consulting as its partner to implement major improvement projects.
In particular, the production process was revised, improving data collection and developing Problem Solving skills, applying Lean techniques and Coordination and Improvement Flash Meetings were introduced, very effective tools for consolidation and Continuous Improvement.
Today the focus is on extending the Lean World Class® Pillars of Focus Improvement and Autonomous Maintenance to all production lines.
Walking in the company allows you to understand, told directly by the protagonists who participated in the project, the logic and actions taken to achieve the objectives.

It produces and distributes, throughout the country, more than 200 products. It is based in Desenzano del Garda (BS) and has about 370 employees.
