The case of Sandoz Industrial Products presents the experience of a company that started on a path of change and chose Bonfiglioli Consulting as its partner for its implementation.

In particular:

• the production process was reviewed, identifying and removing bottlenecks to seek maximum productivity, applying Lean Six Sigma techniques and tools
• the efficiency of activities related to campaign change has been improved, with recoveries in terms of plant availability of about 50%.
• The 5S has been applied to improve Visual Management in production departments

• Flash Meetings were introduced, as an engine for generating and coordinating daily improvement ideas

Currently, the company has initiated the Lean World Class® Pillars of Autonomous Maintenance and Professional Maintenance.
