The EUROCHILLER case presents the experience of a company that began a journey of change and chose Bonfiglioli Consulting as its partner to implement major improvement projects. In particular, both the process of product reconfiguration, definition of basic specifications and order development in the Technical Office, and the logistics/production flow in the factory, involving key suppliers also thanks to the new layout, were revised.
The main results of this project, which is still ongoing, can be summarized as follows:
