“OEE & Shop Floor Management” course for production efficiency

The OEE course aims to define and structure a comprehensive method for measuring and maintaining the efficiency of a plant. Through a real machine simulation, participants will be able to concretely apply the topics covered on a real example, acting directly on the variables involved to affect the final output. Finally, the preparation and execution of a Flash Meeting will allow participants to define and deploy appropriate countermeasures to improve machine performance.
