A problem arises the instant an event results in an outcome that deviates from the expected one. Being confronted with unexpected phenomena makes one perceive the need to quickly find solutions that bring the results back toward the desired standard. From this perspective, Problem Solving represents a methodology based on tools and techniques enriched by creativity, intuition and experience to define and evaluate alternative paths of resolution. Knowing how to correctly define the problem (so-called Problem Setting) is a key step in identifying the most useful strategy for solving a given problem.

• The consolidation of achievements: standardization and training through SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and OPL (One Point Lesson)

All practical information

The course is intended for Managers and Functional Managers, Middle Managers and Middle Managers, Professionals and staff of all business functions.

It consists of 1 day of 8 hours presence, at the Lean Factory School®. It is planned to alternate between content presentation, business case discussion, group exercises and simulations.

The lecturers are Senior Consultants with experience in change management and Lean Digital Transformation projects.
