Course “Engineering to order | The lean management of the order”

The course allows participants to experience, through simulation and participation in a business game, problems, critical issues and solutions to ensure performance in developing a job order in terms of time, cost and quality. Through the use of construction bricks, different job orders will have to be managed from customer contact, to the design of a model, to its realization.

Before and after the activity, a time for theory allows you to become familiar with methods and techniques for effectively managing the development of a job order.

Course objectives: learn how to optimize job order development

By the end of the course, participants will have learned how:

• Define customer value and identify waste and non-value-added activities
• Plan the activities of the Engineering To Order process, coordinating the functions involved
• Managing several projects simultaneously, setting realistic timelines and rules of engagement
