According to a McKinsey survey of more than 1,200 business executives worldwide, almost the 40% spends a significant portion of its time making decisions; inefficient decision making costs a typical Fortune +500 company 530,000 days of time each year, not to mention the indirect impact on business. The same research also points out that less than half of the 1,200 respondents report that thee decisions are timely, and the 61% states that at least half of the time it spends making decisions is ineffective.

Therefore, in an ever-changing world, it is essential to develop the ability to Decision Making.
This includes not only the activity of choosing between two or more alternatives quickly and effectively, but also being proactive, being able to anticipate changes and making strategic choices.
