Operational performance is normally measured with specific indicators (efficiency, availability, number of defects etc...) that are often not comparable with each other and not connected with economic indicators. Cost Deployment is the methodology to link operational performance to economic performance valued in terms of costs, building a direct bridge between operational process and accounting, making visible the ideal cost of products and the resulting recoverable margins.

Duration and Mode of the Cost Deployment course

The course is aimed at Operations Managers, Controllers, Continuous Improvement and Lean Managers, Production Managers, Maintenance Managers, Quality Managers, Process Engineering, Human Resource Business Partners.

It has an 8-hour in-person duration and involves alternating theory, business case analysis and simulation sessions.

Teaching is carried out by Bonfiglioli Consultants who bring concrete experience gained in real applications to the classroom.
