Course “Managing Conflict and Related Emotions”

In the work environment, conflicts are an inevitable challenge, often generated by different perspectives, conflicting goals or environmental pressures.

Knowing how to recognize and manage one's own emotions and those of others is a fundamental skill to foster a collaborative and constructive climate, preventing unmanaged tensions from compromising individual and group performance.
