Privacy Policy Benchmarking Study

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter the “Privacy Code”) and Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “Regulation”) Bonfiglioli Consulting S.r.l., with registered office at Via Isonzo 61, 40033 Casalecchio di Reno (BO), Tax ID and VAT No. 02646871208, in its capacity as data controller, hereby informs you that your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • collect data as part of a project promoted by Bonfiglioli Consulting S.r.l. with the aim of providing an overview of the current state of the art and identifying best practices in the Operations area of industrial companies
  • enable the data controller to send, via email, mail, and/or telephone, newsletters, commercial communications, and/or informational and promotional material regarding the products and services offered by the data controller.

The legal basis is the consent freely given by the data subject: any refusal, in whole or in part, to provide the data, or the provision of inaccurate or untrue data, will make it impossible to process the data.

The processing may involve all operations indicated in Article 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of the “Privacy Code” and Article 4, paragraph 2 of the “Regulation.”

In any case, the principles and limits of fairness, lawfulness, purpose, quality, relevance, non-excess, and transparency will be respected.

Personal data will be processed directly by the data controller’s organization using automated tools for the time strictly necessary for the purposes set forth in points a) and b) of this notice and will be stored in electronic and/or paper archives.

The data subject has the right to:

– request from the data controller access to personal data, the rectification or erasure of such data, or the restriction of processing;

– object to their processing;

– request data portability from the data controller;

– withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given previously;

– lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

– to be informed of the existence of automated decision-making, the logic used, and the expected consequences of such processing.
