Privacy Policy – Events Organized in Collaboration with Partners

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation 2016/679/EU (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") Bonfiglioli Consulting S.r.l., based in Via Isonzo 61, 40033 Casalecchio di Reno (BO), C.F. and P.IVA 02646871208 in its capacity as Data Controller, informs you that your personal data will be processed for:

(a) enable the Data Controller to manage the organization of events (workshops, training courses) for which the data are collected;

b) allow the Holder to send via email, mail and/or telephone contact, newsletters, commercial communications and/or informational material about the products and services offered;

c) allow the Holder to use the images, name and voice through photographic and/or audiovisual footage for educational, promotional purposes, either through the channels set up for this use or through the website or social networks.

d) allow the Data Controller to communicate the personal data of the data subject relating to registration (by way of example and not limitation: name, surname, company, role, email, telephone, and any other data provided during registration) exclusively to the specific partner with whom the Data Controller is jointly organizing the initiative, project, or event for which the data subject is registering, for purposes related to the execution of such initiative, project, or event carried out in partnership.

The legal basis is legitimate interest for the purposes in (a) above.

The legal basis is the freely given consent of the data subject for the purposes referred to in points b), c), and d): any refusal, in whole or in part, to provide data or the inaccurate or untrue provision of such data will make it impossible to process the data.

The processing may cover all the operations indicated in Article 4 No. 2 of the "Regulations".

In all cases, the principles and limits of fairness, lawfulness, purpose, quality, relevance, nonexcessiveness and transparency will be observed.

Personal data will be processed directly by the Data Controller's organization using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in points a), b), c), and d) of this policy and will be stored in electronic and/or paper archives for a period of 5 years.

The data will not be communicated to third parties, except in the cases referred to in points c) and d), for whose activities the processing will be carried out with logic strictly related to the indicated purposes and with methods that guarantee confidentiality.

The data subject has the right to:

  • Request from the Controller access to, rectification or deletion of personal data or restriction of processing;
  • object to their processing;
  • Request data portability from the Data Controller;
  • withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent previously given;
  • Propose a complaint to a supervisory authority;
  • to know about the existence of an automated decision-making process, information about the logic used and the expected consequences in case of processing.
