Course Objectives

The objective of the course is to acquire the methodology and tools, to successfully prepare and conduct continuous improvement activities in the field.

The organization and the preparation of improvement sites

  • Identification of the area of intervention
  • Definition of project macro-objectives and related indicators
  • Definition of the project organization and operating methods (choice of team, identification of team leader, Checkpoints, guidelines and constraints)
  • Preparation of the implementation phase (Meeting point, Materials, etc...)

Implementation of improvement

  • Mapping and analysis of the current state
  • Identification of opportunities for improvement
  • Analysis of root causes
  • Identification of solutions
  • Defining new operating standards
  • Implementation of identified solutions
  • Monitoring of results
  • Visibility and celebration of the results achieved

  • Group building
  • The conduct of meetings
  • Motivating and engaging team members
