Digital Lean Production

Two days on Lean Production and Industry 4.0, in which to understand how enabling technologies can accelerate Lean & Digital Transformation.

CONTENTS

The two days will include:

• Overview of the Lean & Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 theme and their potential
• Distinct sessions of assembling an electric motor first in island and then in flow, with evidence of waste being gradually attacked and eliminated
• Use of Digital Instruction & Input, to experience the benefits of digital and integrated management of assembly instructions and quality controls
• Use of advanced Collect & Analyze tools for data collection from assembly, component tracking, and anomaly tracking
• Briefings after each production session to reinforce team-working, refer to Lean indicators and activate actions for waste reduction/elimination
• Simulation of a Flash Meeting in paperless mode, based on digitally collected and automatically reclassified data
