Autonomous Maintenance

A day to implement the Autonomous Maintenance pillar on a real machine, involving participants in equipment management through cleaning, daily checks, lubrications, adjustments, early detection of anomalies.

Contents

The day will include:

• Introduction on the objectives and key concepts of Autonomous Maintenance

Practical session: running a production plant

• Attack to losses due to lack of basic conditions of a plant and implementation of proposed solutions
• Creating operational standards based on Visual Management and ensuring maintenance and improvement through operational procedures and tools
