Bonfiglioli Consulting organizes, In collaboration with Crit, a Walking Tour at the production plant in Marini to appreciate directly in the field the results of the Lean World Class®.
Today more than ever, it becomes necessary to find business models that can cope with the profound changes that the manufacturing sector is experiencing. It is necessary to be excellent not only in terms of product, but also in processes, especially in the Operations area.
II Lean World Class® is an answer concrete to the needs of those enterprises that are capable of perceiving and managing change. We say this with the certainty of those who have, data in hand, real experience in the field and measurable and lasting results.
The experiences gained in this area and the concrete results obtained allow us to say that Lean World Class® enables us to address those problems that are encountered daily in Operations in the manufacturing sector on companies that operate on a contract basis, producing plants of considerable size.
Marini began this journey and chose Bonfiglioli Consulting as a partner in the implementation of a major corporate reorganization project that has led and is leading to significant results.
The Walking Tour is a guided field trip to understand logic and actions for waste elimination. The goal: to provide a view of the Lean operating philosophy through the presentation of a real-life case application.
The main results can be summarized as follows:
Founded in 1899, as early as the 1920s. MARINI played a decisive role in the development of motorization and the revival of the road construction and maintenance industry. This was followed by strong expansion into new markets and the development of its own technologies for the design and construction of its asphalt mix plants and recycling solutions. It has been part of the French FAYAT Group since 1988 and employs more than 350 people. The offices and main production plant are located in Alfonsine (RA) and occupy an 'area of more than 150,000 m2 of which 37,000 m2 is covered.
