Graduated in Environmental and Resource Engineering from the University of Bologna, he served for several years as process engineering manager for the executive design of industrial pneumatic conveying systems for a leading engineering company.
In 2000 he joined Bonfiglioli Consulting and began his career as an expert in the areas of Lean Thinking and design of Normed Systems (Quality/Environment). Today he holds the position of Senior Partner.
Since 2018, he has been CEO of Digibelt Srl, the Bonfiglioli Consulting startup that aims to create a Lean Industry 4.0 platform of manufacturing applications. The digital solutions have been implemented in the experiential training programs at the Lean Factory School®.
During his career, he has developed an established track record in Operational Excellence Solutions in the Automotive, Industrial Goods and Life Sciences sectors.
He is a speaker at Italian and international events and roundtables on the topic of Operational Execellence and co-author of several publications including: ”Lean World Class®" - ed. FrancoAngeli 2012
