“Train the Trainer” course”

In order to make the processes of induction of new hires and development of polyvalence effective and efficient, and to ensure that individual knowledge becomes common heritage, it is important to develop the skills of Corporate Trainers in being able to transmit knowledge and operational skills, prepare supporting materials, and follow people on their learning journey.

Goals: to acquire the skills and methodology Training Within Industry (TWI)

With this course, participants will acquire the skills to:

• Know how to use the Training Within Industry methodology, for operational training
• know the adult learning process
• To understand which methodologies are most effective, in relation to the activities on which to carry out Training.
• Interact effectively with recipients by providing timely and effective feedback

• The most appropriate operational training methods depending on the uncertainty of the business being transferred
• The Training Within Industry for operational training
• The 4-step methodology for preparing for and delivering the Training.
• Set up and use Job Instructions

• Trainership Styles: aligning your style according to your goal and target audience
• Feedback for learning support.

Target audience and modalities

The duration of the course is 8 hours in-person. The in-person activity involves a strong alternation between: experiential activity, discussion and confrontation, presentations, and practical exercises according to a learning-by-doing. The course is aimed at Corporate Tutors and Trainers, Shift Managers, Production Managers.
