Professional Maintenance Course: Improve Plant Management

Practical course to understand the principles of Professional Maintenance and lay the foundation for Predictive Maintenance

The Professional Maintenance (PM) course accompanies participants in the correct evaluation and measurement of parameters, bringing to light the potential for improvement hidden by faults and malfunctions. Devoted to practice and direct involvement, the course allows participants to take part in a real simulation of running a production plant.

OBJECTIVES

At the end of the course, participants will know:

Understanding the principles of Professional Maintenance by developing the potential improvement of fault reduction
Laying the right foundation for Predictive Maintenance

PROGRAM

Introduction on the objectives and key concepts of Professional Maintenance
Training on key maintenance indicators: what they are and how to interpret them
Research and determination of root causes generating plant shutdowns
Exercises to understand the potential of proper information collection and analysis aimed at increasing performance

Practical session learning-by-doing Of production to understand the salient phases of an intervention and their breakdown.
