OEE & Shop Floor Management

The OEE course aims to define and structure a comprehensive method for measuring and maintaining the efficiency of a plant. Through a real machine simulation, participants will be able to concretely apply the topics covered on a real example, acting directly on the variables involved to affect the final output. Finally, the preparation and execution of a Flash Meeting will allow participants to define and deploy appropriate countermeasures to improve machine performance.

• Stratification and aggregation of production data
• How to use the data: Identifying the TOP 5 production losses of machines and plants

Learning-by-D sessionoing of production on a real automated plant with data collection. This is followed by an esercitation on OEE calculation and Loss Deployment with data collected from the practical session.

• The production meeting in the department: Visual Board and Daily Management
• Introduction to Quick Kaizen
• The proposition of the improvements
• The evasion plan of the proposed actions
• Introduction and use of digital data collection systems to accelerate improvement
