Expression of consent to the processing of personal data

Upon receipt of payment, a related invoice will be issued. The fee includes the summary of the course materials released in electronic format. The course will be activated upon reaching the minimum threshold for each session. The organizing secretariat reserves the right not to confirm registration for freelancers and staff of companies providing products, services, consulting and solutions for the HR market.

CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES
The enrollee is allowed to withdraw up to the tenth calendar day prior to the course start date with a cancellation to be sent to Bonfiglioli Consulting by certified e-mail (PEC): in which case he/she may request a refund of the amount already paid.
In the event that the enrollee does not give notice of cancellation in the above terms and fails to appear in the classroom, he/she will not be entitled to any refund, but may alternatively:
- within one year of the course start date attend the next edition (if any) or another course;
- be replaced by another person from the same company, whose details must be communicated at the same time as the cancellation of the first enrollee.
Bonfiglioli Consulting reserves the right to postpone the start date or cancel the course itself if the minimum number of participants is not reached: in this case, it will notify-at least seven days in advance of the start date-the change and will refund any fees already paid.
