Lean Beginner | Certification Program

The Lean Beginner course is available in two course types:

• Lean Beginner Manufacturing: designed for manufacturing companies.
• Lean Beginner Production: designed for companies with automatic plants and machines.

Both tracks aim to help participants understand the principles of Lean Thinking and continuous improvement, with a focus on identifying and defining problems for effective project management.

Goals

At the end of the course participants:

• will be familiar with the principles of Lean Thinking, know how to apply them in the context of business processes and contextualize them in their own reality
• Will learn the proper steps to arrive at the definition and then solution of a problem
• will know how to define the objectives of a project, monitoring its progress and managing its variability
