Industrial Forum – One data point counts

The event

Different sensors, different formats, systems that do not communicate with each other: for many companies, the problem of maintenance is not a lack of data, but the difficulty of transforming it into decisions. The Industrial Forum was created to address precisely this issue., in an afternoon of discussion reserved for maintenance and industrial reliability managers.

Together with Mipu, As a technology partner with whom we share a concrete approach to digital transformation, we will discuss how to harmonize the information coming from the field into a single, reliable flow, and how this translates into fewer machine stops, targeted interventions, and a more robust maintenance strategy.

No generic theory: real cases, measurable results and direct comparison with those who face the same challenges every day.

Our approach – Lean First, Digital Then

Digitizing an inefficient process simply means making it inefficient faster. In our talk we will show why reviewing flows and processes must precede the introduction of technologies, and how a proper data architecture is the prerequisite for sensors, CMMS, and analysis systems to generate real value.

The MiPU Industrial Forum flyer is scheduled for October 28 in Treviso, featuring presentations on the analysis of digital data, sales planning, and Sales Operation Planning, as well as an evening networking session.
