Creating habits for continuous improvement

Develops effective habits for continuous improvement

Learn how to create work routines that promote an improvement-oriented corporate culture

Continuous improvement is not only adoption of methods and techniques, but also engagement and involvement of the people involved.

In fact, change has a significant impact on behavior, and it is therefore necessary to understand how to trigger and foster changes in established habits by understanding what obstacles need to be addressed and the levers on which to act.

In today's reality it also appears increasingly necessary to change the standard approach to problem solving.

The decisions made, the setting of goals and the implementation of day-to-day operational strategies can no longer be the exclusive responsibility of a few who through a Top-Down process punctuate the timing, methods and operational strategies. On the contrary, in order to ensure high performance standards in the long term, the organizational culture must be increasingly oriented toward defining circular processes that allow greater operational autonomy for all through a diffusion of shared responsibility and collective participation.

Talking about continuous improvement today, therefore, presupposes active involvement on the part of the entire organization and a consequent total mindset change that leads to a true cultural revolution.
