The 5S represents a methodology for organizing a workstation, which is based on the correct and orderly display of equipment. A careful approach to visual management allows the workplace to communicate through visual elements that give anyone immediate directions for use.

In this sense, Visual Management and 5S enable increased productivity and quality, improved cost, delivery time, safety, and staff motivation as all people are called upon to take care of their station.

The course provides participants with knowledge and tools to apply and manage the 5S method in the company, with the ultimate goal of inducing people to maintain and improve workplace conditions in terms of tidiness and cleanliness, with great benefits for the effectiveness and efficiency of processes.

  • How to implement 5S on a real workstation

Extensive practical session according to the approach Learning by doing to accompany the theoretical part.
