The case of Sandoz Industrial Products presents the experience of a company that has embarked on a journey of change and has chosen Bonfiglioli Consulting as its implementation partner.

• the production process was reviewed, identifying and removing bottlenecks to seek maximum productivity, applying Lean Six Sigma techniques and tools
• the efficiency of activities related to campaign change was improved, with recoveries in plant availability of about 50%.
• 5S has been applied to improve visual management in production departments
• Flash Meetings were introduced as an engine for generating and coordinating ideas for daily improvement
