The case EUROCHILLER presents the experience of a company that began a journey of change and chose Bonfiglioli Consulting as a partner in the implementation of major improvement projects. In particular, both the process of product configuration, of defining the bills of materials and of order development in the Technical Office, that the logistics/production flow in the factory, involving key suppliers also thanks to the new layout.
