Designing and governing corporate change

Change management as a strategic lever To turn challenges into opportunities

Change management makes possible the transition from a current arrangement to a desired future arrangement (from Mission to Vision) by acting on People, Organizational Model, Processes and Technologies. It is a Key Success Factor in an ever-changing competitive environment.

Change management within business organizations is necessary to implement transformations such as:

  • New technologies and work tools to be implemented (Digital Transformation, new ERP, S&OP, Category Management,...)
  • Adoption of a new corporate culture (e.g., Lean....)
  • appointment of new managers
  • moments of discontinuity
  • ...

Successful change management is a matter of method. Based on our established experience in managing transformation projects Operational Excellence, we developed a winning approach divided into 4 steps and 8 steps.
Our approach to change management gives you the tools and skills you need to:

  • Increasing business resilience: faces challenges proactively and turns crises into opportunities for growth.
  • Optimizing performance: improves process efficiency, reduces costs and increases productivity.
  • Supporting innovation: Incentivizes a corporate culture oriented toward change and innovation.
  • Strengthening the Leadership of Managers: Develops leadership skills to guide Teams to success.
A circular diagram illustrating an 8-step process, labeled with Italian terms: Awareness, Preparation, Transformation, Sustainability. Central arrows labeled A, P, C, D connect the stages. Each segment highlights specific areas of focus such as Communication and Action, which are critical to effective Change Management.

Our 4 steps for successful change management

  • Awareness: how to ensure the full involvement of the organization.
From awareness of the problem comes "tension" and a "sense of urgency" about the need for change.
  • Preparation: defining the change roadmap and communication process (Diary)
Define the vision of the transformation project and the implementation plan
  • Transformation: actually implementing change
This phase consists of two steps: organization and action. Organizing change means defining the structure, coordination mechanisms and processes to create collective involvement toward the new shared goals. Next comes action
  • Sustainability: spreading a new culture oriented toward continuous improvement.
At this stage it is important to develop skills and maintain the muovo model.
