Graduated in Management Engineering from the University of Bologna, he holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Berkeley University, California (USA) and was a Research Fellow in Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Nottingham.
Since 2002, he has been Managing Director of Bonfiglioli Consulting, and founder of the Lean Factory School®: he is an expert on Lean Thinking and Lean World Class ® (applications in the area of design, production, project management) particularly in the automotive, industrial goods, electronics and pharmaceutical sectors. He edits thematic publications and international Bechmarking studies on Operational Excellence.
