Process Mapping: how to turn waste and inefficiencies into business value

The ‘Process Mapping’ course is designed to provide participants with a solid theoretical and practical foundation on process mapping techniques, with the ’goal of optimizing business flows and increasing customer value. Through visual tools and Lean methodologies, the course guides the identification of value-added activities and the reduction of waste, improving efficiency and collaboration across functions through proper and effective process mapping.
