GEA Group, one of the largest manufacturers of machinery and equipment for the Food&Beverage and pharmaceutical industries with more than 18,000 employees worldwide, has embarked on a journey Lean World Class® with the goal of bringing customer value to the center of design activities while optimizing internal processes.
