The STILL case presents the experience of a company that decided to go through a process Of deepening one's experience of Lean Manufacturing choosing Bonfiglioli Consulting as a partner. Specifically, the following were designed and implemented:

  • OEE for performance measurement and waste investigation
  • Flash meeting as an engine for daily improvement ideas
  • Using Quick Kaizen to solve problems by investigating root causes
  • Maintenance as a system: integration and representation of information in Visual Management style
  • Maintenance interventions as opportunities for improvement: targeted enhancement of preventive interventions and root cause failure analysis
