CONTRACTUAL TERMINATION CLAUSES 1. The member may withdraw up to the thirtieth day prior to the start date of the tour by certified electronic mail (PEC), in which case he/she may request a refund of the fee already paid, reimbursing the expenses incurred in advance by Bonfiglioli Consulting for the organization of the Tour. 2. In the event that the member does not give notice of cancellation within the above terms and does not appear at the company, he/she will not be entitled to any refund, but may alternatively: - within one year from the starting date of the Tour attend the next edition (if scheduled) or another Tour; - be replaced by another person from the same company, whose details must be communicated at the same time as the cancellation of the first enrollee. In any case, the member will be required to reimburse the expenses incurred in advance by Bonfiglioli Consulting for the organization of the event. 3. Bonfiglioli Consulting reserves the right to postpone the start date or to cancel the tour itself in case the minimum number of participants is not reached: in this case, it will communicate - at least seven days in advance of the start date - the change and any fees already paid will be refunded.
