“Lean Advanced: Team Building and Lean Flow Analysis” course.”

Applies Lean principles for real-world problem solving and optimizes flows.

Practical experience to reduce waste and improve efficiency

The course consists of an on-the-job hands-on experience with practical application of Lean Thinking concepts. After an introductory session on the objectives and technical training on the products used during the course and their work cycles, an island assembly or packaging of a product will take place, with evidence from the team of waste being gradually attacked and eliminated.

Thanks also to the use of video clips for the analysis of the activities performed, the briefing following each production run will make it possible to define and calculate performance indicators from a Lean perspective (productivity, first shot vouchers, lead time, ...) and activate actions for the reduction/elimination of waste.

Thus, theory follows practice, stimulating the exchange of ideas and group strength.

Lean Advanced skills for continuous improvement and leadership

At the end of the course, participants will know:

  • Understanding Lean principles and techniques through practice, touching on continuous improvement,
  • Apply the principles of team-learning and team-building to real problems,
  • Use the potential of continuous improvement, through incremental results, applied to in-line assembly/packaging systems.
