“Communicate@re” course”

Master verbal and nonverbal communication to transform your professional effectiveness

Learn how effective communication, verbal and digital, affects your business success

Multimedia technologies have changed the quantity and quality of our communication. On the one hand, communicating has become easier and more immediate; on the other hand, the act of communicating has changed profoundly: there is always a mode mediated by the medium, by a tool that is the computer monitor rather than a cell phone.

New technological tools force us to master their languages and rules, optimizing them to use them in their own way while safeguarding the overall effectiveness of the communicative objective.

It is therefore essential to acquire the knowledge and ability to make greater and functional use of strictly verbal content and its paralinguistic and emotional nuances, on the one hand, and the components of paraverbal, nonverbal and analog communication, on the other hand, that may be part of a communication mediated by a technological medium, in order to be effective in a less wasteful way. With the understanding that informing is not communicating.
