MICHELE BONFIGLIOLI | CEO, Bonfiglioli Consulting
He holds a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Bologna, a Diploma in Business Administration from Berkeley University, California (USA) and was a Research Fellow in Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Nottingham.
He has been CEO of Bonfiglioli Consulting since 2014, and is also founder of the Lean Factory School®. He has held senior roles and responsibilities in Confindustria.
Author of books and expert on Lean Thinking and Lean World Class® topics particularly in the automotive, industrial goods, electronics and pharmaceutical sectors. He has organized major international benchmarking studies and is recognized as an international speaker on Operational Excellence topics.

ALESSANDRO FICHERA | CEO, Octagona
He graduated from the University of Wales (UK) in European Business Management and holds a postgraduate diploma in International Marketing from IFOA in Reggio Emilia. From 2000 to 2002 he was marketing consultant for important Italian organizations such as ISMEA and ISTAT. For the next two years Group Marketing Manager for a major Modena-based metalworking machinery manufacturer, with Business Development activities in foreign markets. Today he is managing director of Octagona with extensive expertise in internationalization and specialization in the mechanical, food, fashion and retail sectors with to his credit hundreds of successful projects on over 40 countries for Italian SMEs. He is also a trainer for ICE, CIS and and other training institutions with a strong international vocation. Thanks to his long and recognized international experience in England, Ireland, France and India, he has been included by Milano Finanza among the 100 most influential people to do business in India.
