Digital Talk | Designing change: the agile factory

Marco Brandalesi, Principal Value Chain Excellence, Will present a real-world experience of transforming the organizational model and management routines of Leaders in the production environment to delve into the set of activities and tools by which an organization introduces a structured approach to change in the factory, aiming for effectiveness and speed in decision-making and execution.

• Risk management: develop a system of escalation and cascading of significant problems and standardize the way they are solved
