In improvement projects, the active and proactive contribution of all participants is essential to achieve the assigned goals. This is done by communicating properly, working as a team, accepting everyone's input and constructively using critical thinking.
This course aims to. Develop communication and interpersonal skills needed within complex organizations To effectively participate in the work of the team in achieving assigned goals by engaging and involving all participants.
Properly defining the objectives of such projects necessarily involves developing productive relationships, identifying and planning activities, and monitoring the progress and closure of the project.

  • The effective formulation of S.M.A.R.T. goals.
  • The other elements of teamworking: Roles and leadership, Method and resources (instrumental, time, human)
  • Everyone is needed: widespread and circular leadership
  • Roles in a team of motivated people: recognition, belonging, contribution, safety
  • Practice and Roleplaying on the concepts shared

Target audience and modalities: improvement team, simulations, and 1 day in the classroom

The course is aimed at people who, in various capacities, participate in Improvement Teams.

The course consists of 1 day in-person. Using a «Train & Observe» mode, participants will be able to take part in simulations and classroom games that will be subject to observation and analysis to better understand relational dynamics, within a protected context open to confrontation and dialogue. These simulations will be punctuated by moments of theory in which the fundamentals for proper management of professional relationships devoted to the success of the Improvement Group will be acquired.
