An exclusive appointment to understand and explore concretely what it means to achieve digital transformation in Operations.

Ranieri Niccoli, Chief Manufacturing Officer, Giulia Ganzerla, Head of Manufacturing Services and Lorenzo Chiarion, Head of Manufacturing Engineering of Lamborghini Automobiles SpA, will present the path to the Smart Factory dedicated to the realization of the Super Suv URUS, illustrating the different aspects and impacts that the Digital Transformation process has had on the organizational model and the people involved.

The new factory model, named "Lamborghini Manufacturing 4.0" enabled the creation of a flexible and scalable production ecosystem, combining:

• Craftsmanship, to ensure the quality and level of customization that has always distinguished Automobili Lamborghini's style,
• Industry 4.0 technologies and logic (Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) Collaborative Robots, Factory in Cloud, Virtual Reality),
• Skills, specialization and people involvement thanks to the enhancement of Team Work, supported with the development of the Training Center and the in-house Lean Lab, an internal incubator for sharing ideas for improvement and innovation (Management of Ideas), and by partnering the area's technical colleges and universities to train professionals to respond to the technological evolution of the automotive sector,
• Sustainability: Is the world's first certified carbon neutral company.
