Change Management

Bonfiglioli Consulting provides fully customized interventions consistent with the existing cultural and organizational models and based on real needs to change. Each intervention goal is to maintain the link between the strategic intent and the existing policies and procedures.

These interventions lead to long lasting improvements (a real “continuous improvement”), combining the management viewpoint and a bottom-up engagement.

From a managerial point of view, it is important to bring improvements from an individual projects-based perspective to an overall management. This means incorporating expected improvements in budget processes, by implementing incentive and recognition of results mechanisms.

Motivation and bottom-up engagement are also key factors to achieve best practices at all levels, aligned with strategy-supporting actions.
