Privacy Policy of Bonfiglioli Consulting

With reference to article 13 of the D. Lgs. no. 196 dated 29th July 2003 (hereinafter “Privacy Code”)  and to article 13 of the UE Regulation no. 679 dated 27th April 2016 (hereinafter “Regulation”), Bonfiglioli Consulting S.r.l., with registered office in Via Isonzo 61, 40033 Casalecchio di Reno (BO), C.F. and P.IVA 02646871208 in its capacity as Data Controller, informs you that your personal data will be processed for:

a) to allow the Data Controller to manage the organization of the events (workshops, training courses) for which the data are collected;

b) to allow the Data Controller to send by e-mail, post and/or telephone contact, newsletters, commercial communications and/or information material about products and services offered;

c) to allow the Data Controller to use the images, personal data and voice through photographic and / or audiovisual shooting for educational and promotional purposes through the channels provided for this use and through the website (so-called release).

The legal basis is the consent freely given by the person concerned: any refusal, in whole or in part, to provide the data or the incorrect or untrue provision of the same will make it impossible to process the data.

The processing may concern all the operations indicated in article 4, subsection no. 1., lett. a) of the “Privacy Code” and in article 4 no. 2 of the “Regulations”.

In any case, the principles and limits of correctness, lawfulness, purpose, quality, relevance, not excessive and transparency will be respected.

Personal data will be processed directly by the Data controller’s organization with automated tools for the time strictly necessary for the purposes referred to in points a), b) and c) of this statement and will be stored in electronic files and / or paper for a period of 5 years.

The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except in the case referred to in point c) for which the processing will be carried out with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and in ways that ensure confidentiality.

The interested party has the right to:

  • ask the Data Controller for access to personal data, rectification or cancellation of the same or limitation of processing;
  • oppose their treatment;
  • ask the Data Controller for the portability of the data;
  • revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given previously;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
  • know the existence of an automated decision-making process, information on the logic used and the consequences expected in case of processing.
