class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cosa \u00e8 veramente il Change Management?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Domandarsi cosa sia veramente il Change Management significa chiedersi il significato di un termine cos\u00ec generico, ma cos\u00ec usato e radicato nel vocabolario manageriale, da avere quasi perso di contenuto. Questa mancanza di specificit\u00e0 \u00e8 in realt\u00e0 esemplificativa di un concetto che, nelle sue linee generali, \u00e8 comune e applicabile in tantissime situazioni in azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Definiamo semplicemente il cambiamento come il complesso delle attivit\u00e0 e degli strumenti con cui l\u2019organizzazione introduce un approccio strutturato al cambiamento negli individui, nei gruppi e nelle organizzazioni, <\/strong>agendo su Persone, Modello Organizzativo, Processi e Tecnologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il Change Management \u00e8 il metodo gestionale per realizzare il cambiamento di successo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alcuni esempi concreti di progetti di cambiamento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Riorganizzare la struttura dopo un\u2019acquisizione<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introdurre un nuovo software gestionale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ripensare i processi aziendali in ottica Lean<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lanciare una trasformazione digitale Industry 4.0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nella sua essenza, quindi, il Change Management implica una trasformazione e in quanto tale richiede molto spesso l\u2019abbandono della \u201ccomfort zone\u201d, per entrare in un territorio ricco di nuove opportunit\u00e0, ma sconosciuto e pertanto \u201cpreoccupante\u201d e \u201cfaticoso\u201d da esplorare.
