We talk about it with entrepreneur and CEO of B&amp;C Speakers Lorenzo Coppini, the director of stably Niccol\u00f2 Gatti and the consultants of Bonfiglioli Consulting who accompanied the company in the Lean transfomation process.<\/p>\n<p>Since October 2016, Bonfiglioli Consulting has partnered with B&amp;C Speakers in a Lean Transformation process that has led the company to take action on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Process Quality Improvement<\/strong> Through a reduction in noncompliance and an increase in first-time vouchers<br \/>\n<em><br \/>\nMain activities carried out<br \/>\n-\u00a0 <\/em>Design of the data collection system integrated with the management system<br \/>\n- Development of skills and standardized models of problem solving<br \/>\n- Implementation of flash meetings for the implementation of countermeasures against major leakage analysis<br \/>\n<em>Main achievements<br \/>\n-\u00a0 <\/em>Good at the first shot (2016 - 2018)<br \/>\n- Speaker Family: 87% -&gt; 93%<br \/>\n- Driver Family: 73% -&gt; 79%<br \/>\n- Countermeasures implemented from 2016 to the present<br \/>\n- Quick win: 112<br \/>\n- Kaizen concluded (PDCA): 30<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimization of Supply Chains<\/strong>: Simplification of the supply chain planning and management system through:<em>Main activities carried out<br \/>\n<\/em>- Activation of lean materials management policies (kanban) on a pilot supply chain, including defining aspects of supply agreements and contracts<br \/>\n- Creation and activation of electronic kanban integrated with the management system<br \/>\n- Implementation of Advanced Supplier Monitoring Dashboard<br \/>\nThe supply chains project is currently underway and aims to reduce <strong>up to 50% the spaces and stock value of the supplier involved in the pilot.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Walking Tour is free of charge and is exclusively for entrepreneurs and managers; a maximum of two participants per company are allowed. <strong>To register, fill out the online form by January 23, 2019<\/strong>, the company reserves the right to confirm enrollment.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bcspeakers.com\/en\">B&amp;C Speakers<\/a> is an Italian company, founded in 1946 that operates internationally taking care of the design, production, distribution and marketing of electroacoustic transducers for professional use.
