It is necessary to be excellent not only in terms of product, but also in processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II Lean World Class\u00ae <\/strong>is a concrete response to the needs of those enterprises that are capable of perceiving and managing change. We say this with the certainty of those who have, data in hand, real experience in the field and measurable and lasting results.<\/p>\n<p>Our experiences and concrete results allow us to say that the <strong>Lean World Class\u00ae <\/strong>can be successfully applied in any engineering sector and beyond, including for companies that operate on a contract basis.<br \/>\nThe case <strong>EUROCHILLER<\/strong> presents the experience of a company that began a journey of change and chose <strong>Bonfiglioli Consulting<\/strong> as a partner in the implementation of major improvement projects. In particular, both the process of <strong>product configuration<\/strong>, of defining the <strong>bills of materials<\/strong> and of <strong>order development<\/strong> in the Technical Office, that the <strong>logistics\/production flow <\/strong>in the factory, involving key suppliers also thanks to the new layout.<br \/>\nThe main results of this project, which is still ongoing, can be summarized as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The increase in productivity in production and order management and technical processing of the 20% order<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Increase in punctuality, from values between 50 and 80% to a stable 85%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Improved material stock rotation of 30%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At this important milestone, <strong>a significant change in corporate culture is added<\/strong> Toward empowerment and autonomy of all people involved in the project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Walking Tour<\/strong> in the company allows us to understand, told directly by the key players who participated in the project, the logic and actions taken to achieve the goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eurochiller<\/strong> founded in 1990, designs, manufactures and services industrial refrigeration systems with powers between 4 and 1200 kW. Over the years it has expanded its product range to include water- and oil-filled temperature controllers with heating powers between 3 and 180 kW. The company, with headquarters and production in Castello D'Agogna (PV), also has a production unit in Slovakia and two sales branches in France and the UK.<br \/>\nWith an export share of more than 70%, the Eurochiller Group has a significant position in the international target market and consolidates a turnover of more than 26 Mln \u20ac in 2018 with the will to grow organically by 7 - 10% in future years. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eurochiller.com\/\">www.eurochiller.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The walking tour <strong>is aimed particularly at managers, entrepreneurs, production and logistics managers, technical managers<\/strong>. A maximum of 2 participants per company are allowed, Eurochiller reserves the right to confirm
