{"id":5097,"date":"2018-05-28T17:59:27","date_gmt":"2018-05-28T15:59:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bcsoa.it\/\/?page_id=5097"},"modified":"2025-01-10T18:58:49","modified_gmt":"2025-01-10T17:58:49","slug":"soa-privacy-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bonfiglioliconsulting.com\/en\/informativa-sulla-privacy-soa\/","title":{"rendered":"SOA Privacy Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196\/2003 (hereinafter \"Privacy Code\") and art. 13 of Regulation 2016\/679\/EU (hereinafter \"Regulation\") Soa Risorse Umane S.r.l. with registered office in Via Isonzo 61, 40033 Casalecchio di Reno (BO), C.F. and P.IVA 02254081207, in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter \"The Controller\") informs you of the following:<\/p>\n<p>PURPOSE OF PROCESSING<\/p>\n<p>Personal data will be processed lawfully and in accordance with fairness for the purposes of carrying out, by the Owner, personnel search, selection and evaluation activities in the interest of Client Entities, Organizations and Companies or for its own organizational structure.<\/p>\n<p>Data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and the Regulations and will be carried out both manually and with the aid of computer and telematic means.<\/p>\n<p>Data will be stored in paper and electronic files, so that aggregate or specific data can be identified and selected.<\/p>\n<p>MODE OF TREATMENT<\/p>\n<p>Data is collected by sending information about one's professional experience in the form of a Curriculum Vitae (hereinafter referred to as \"C.V.\") to the Data Controller (by mail, fax, e-mail or hand letter) from interested parties.<\/p>\n<p>Data will be collected, subject to the necessary security and confidentiality, through the following methods:<\/p>\n<p>- With the person concerned;<\/p>\n<p>- With psycho-aptitude tests;<\/p>\n<p>- With cards and\/or coupons and\/or questionnaires;<\/p>\n<p>- In Databases through the use of electronic means;<\/p>\n<p>The submission of one's C.V. by the interested party to the Holder, may represent:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>(a) A spontaneous application;<\/li>\n<li>(b) responding to specific recruitment and selection advertisements for third parties published by the Owner in any media.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The collection concerns only common data that will be processed to the extent strictly relevant to the obligations, tasks and purposes indicated above.<\/p>\n<p>The interested party, therefore, should not provide data that could reveal health status, racial and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, sexual life and all information that qualifies as sensitive data under the Privacy Code.<\/p>\n<p>LEGAL BASIS AND NATURE OF CONTRIBUTION<\/p>\n<p>Whether the personal data are provided for spontaneous applications, i.e., not in response to a specific advertisement, or whether the personal data are provided by the data subject by indicating a reference to a specific advertisement, the processing of such data will be implemented by the Data Controller only on the basis of and as a result of the written (and not oral) consent explicitly and freely given by the data subject.<\/p>\n<p>The optional and non-compulsory nature of the data subject's consent to data processing means - in the case of its absence - that it is impossible for the Data Controller to consider the data subject's application as part of a personnel selection and evaluation procedure.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA<\/p>\n<p>For the pursuit of the purposes indicated above, personal data transmitted by the data subject may be communicated to client entities, public or private, that have mandated the Controller to carry out personnel search, selection and evaluation activities on their behalf.<\/p>\n<p>Communication will be made only in the case of prior consent of the person concerned, which will be formalized:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for C.V.'s uploaded to the Holder's website in the manner described within the website;<\/li>\n<li>for C.V.'s sent by electronic or paper mail by signing the appropriate statement at the bottom of the form completed at the interview.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the purposes stated above and as strictly required in connection with the in-depth personnel selection or evaluation procedure, the data subject's personal data may also be disclosed and\/or disseminated to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Subjects, external to the Controller, i.e., those involved in the operation and maintenance of electronic tools, as external data processors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DATA RETENTION<\/p>\n<p>The retention of data will be carried out by the Holder's organization for the time strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above and may not exceed ten years from the day they were received.<\/p>\n<p>Processing will be carried out with logic strictly related to the stated purposes and in a manner that ensures the security and confidentiality of such data.<\/p>\n<p>RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT<\/p>\n<p>The data subject has the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him\/her and its provision in intelligible form;<\/li>\n<li>To know the origin of the data and the logic and purposes on which their processing is based;<\/li>\n<li>to obtain from the Data Controller the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, if the data subject is interested, the integration of such data;<\/li>\n<li>object in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their personal data even if relevant to the purpose of collection;<\/li>\n<li>object in whole or in part to the processing envisaged for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising material;<\/li>\n<li>withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent previously given;<\/li>\n<li>Propose a complaint to a supervisory authority;<\/li>\n<li>to know about the existence of an automated decision-making process, information about the logic used and the expected consequences in case of processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":null,"protected":false},"author":109,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5097","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
